This Privacy Policy explains how GetDoneNow ("GetDoneNow," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal data when you access or use the Service.

If you purchase through Dodo Payments acting as Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments may act as an independent controller for payment, invoicing, tax, fraud, chargeback, compliance, and billing-related processing within its own role.

We may collect: account data, such as email address, password hash managed through our auth provider, and profile identifiers; sign-in data received from third-party login providers, such as Google account email and name if enabled; productivity data you choose to create or store, such as tasks, planner entries, time blocks, validations, settings, notes, summaries, and preferences; communications you send us, such as support requests, complaints, or feedback; data you submit in forms, emails, surveys, waitlists, or support channels.
3.2 Data collected automatically. We may collect: technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language, referring URLs, approximate region, timestamps, error logs, and security events; usage data such as pages visited, feature interactions, navigation events, subscription status signals, and performance or crash information; local storage or similar browser-side records used to save settings, timer states, planner content, summaries, or consent choices; notification and permission status, such as whether browser notifications or sound permissions are enabled or denied.
3.3 Payment and billing data. When you make a purchase, billing and payment processing are handled by Dodo Payments or another payment provider acting in that role. We typically do not receive or store your full payment card number. We may receive limited billing-related data such as order IDs or transaction IDs, plan type and subscription status, payment confirmation status, invoices, taxes, country, and fraud or refund signals reasonably necessary for support and account provisioning.
3.4 Data from third parties. We may receive information from: identity providers, such as Google, if you choose third-party sign-in; payment providers such as Dodo Payments; infrastructure, analytics, email, hosting, or fraud-prevention providers; law enforcement or regulators where legally required.
3.5 Sensitive data. The Service is not designed for the storage or processing of special categories of personal data or other highly sensitive information, such as health data, medical records, government-issued identifiers, financial account credentials, or precise legal or tax records. Please do not store such information in tasks, notes, or planner fields.
