This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments are handled for GetDoneNow purchases.
Where applicable, purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as Merchant of Record / authorized reseller. In those transactions, Dodo Payments may control or participate in checkout, invoicing, taxes, refund processing, payment reversals, and chargeback handling. Refund decisions and payment returns may therefore be subject to Dodo Payments' terms, payment network rules, fraud controls, and operational constraints.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first paid charge within 30 days after the day that charge was processed, for any reason. The 30-day window starts when your free trial ends and the first subscription payment is taken.
To use the guarantee, contact contact@getdonenow.app from the email used for the purchase, include your order or transaction reference if you have it, and request a refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Dodo Payments. Bank or card processing time may add several business days.
The guarantee covers the first paid subscription period only and may not be used more than once per customer or to cover repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles, fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, or violations of our Terms.
After the 30-day money-back window has passed, and except where required by law, expressly promised at checkout, or otherwise approved by us or the Merchant of Record in writing, all sales are final and fees are non-refundable.

We may refuse refunds where we detect abuse, fraud, manipulation, repeated refund requests inconsistent with actual use, violation of these policies, or chargeback abuse.
GetDoneNow is a digital service. If you request immediate access or immediate performance after purchase, and you provide any consent or acknowledgment required by law, your statutory withdrawal right may be reduced or lost to the extent permitted by law.
This does not affect any mandatory rights you cannot waive.

Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the issue arises. Delayed requests may be denied, especially where usage history, access logs, fraud checks, payment network rules, or third-party payment limitations prevent meaningful review.
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on the payment provider, bank, card network, and region.
Before filing a chargeback with your card issuer or payment provider, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
Improper or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension, loss of access, denial of future purchases, additional review, or submission of evidence to the payment provider.
